TicketIssuance charges a non-refundable service fee on all confirmed bookings. In addition, service providers may deduct their own cancellation or processing fees from the refund amount.
Once a refund is approved, the request will be processed within 7–10 business days. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during booking. Please note that actual timelines may vary depending on banks or payment gateways.
Certain tickets, offers, or promotional fares may be non-refundable. Such terms will be clearly mentioned at the time of booking.
If you wish to reschedule your booking instead of canceling it, please check the policies of the service provider. Rescheduling charges may apply.
